Recommended Workflow for Workshop

  1. Log in to Cabina with a Google account for free usage credits
  2. Under the model selection tool (bottom left icon in chat input) select ‘Gemini’ then ‘2.5 Pro’
  3. (Optional) Click the ‘settings’ cog and select ‘reasoning effort’ to ‘high’ for better answers
  4. Open the Workshop Web App (Hosted)
  5. Fill out the boxes under the brainstorming session and test one or more prompts as you go
  6. Recommended learning prompt usage:
    1. Prompt 3 (LLM Based Problem set)
    2. Initial answer “MGS25 cannot be involved in replication initiation because this is essential for viability, so if MGS25 was essential for replication then the person would be dead”. This answer erroneously assumes that all mutations result in complete loss of function - the LLM should coach around working through this misconception.
  7. Save your work:
    1. At the end of the workshop click “Download .txt” or “Send to email” to obtain a copy of your answers

Alternative workflow for workshop (simple but experimental)

If you have a pre-existing OpenAI paid account: open the Workshop Web App (Hosted) and use in conjunction with the prompts we have put on the GPT store.
